Definitions:

a.) The 'Company' means Janda Digital Ltd.
b.) The 'Purchaser' includes any person / firm or other body who places orders with the Company for the supply of goods.
c.) The 'Goods' means goods supplied by the company to the purchaser.

Acceptance of Orders:

a.) Orders placed by the Purchaser for the supply of goods shall constitute an irrevocable contractual commitment on the part of the purchaser to purchase from the company the goods specified on Orders / Faxes when these documents are received by the company.
b.) Any request on the part of the Purchaser to cancel or amend an order shall be accepted only at the discretion of the Company subject to any terms they may stipulate.
c.) The Company reserves the right to decline acceptance of any order placed by a Purchaser.

Prices:

a.) Work is accepted only at the prices shown on our current price list, a copy of which will be forwarded on request, unless an alternative quotation relating to the specific job has been made.
b.) All prices exclude VAT and Carriage.

Payment:

a.) Payment is due in £ Sterling and not later than the end of 30 days from the date the goods were invoiced.
b.) The Company reserves the right to charge interest on any overdue balances at current Bank Rate plus 3%.

Exclusions of Liability:

The Purchaser acknowledges that the price of the goods would be higher were the following exclusions not agreed:
a.) The Company shall not be liable to the Purchaser for any consequential loss or damage claim which exceeds the value of the goods purchased.
b.) It is the Purchasers responsibility to ensure that the goods supplied are examined on receipt and discrepancies are notified to the Company within 7 days. The Company cannot be held responsible for any costs incurred in using incorrectly printed Tickets / Labels / Products.

Governing Law:

These terms and conditions shall be governed and construed in all respects by English Law.

Delivery:

We aim to deliver all orders within 3-10 days if the goods are in stock. If the goods you order are “Out of Stock” we will send out the order to you as soon as the product becomes available again. If we cannot source the item we will contact you to inform you.

Cancellation:

You can cancel an order and return any goods that may already have been dispatched up to 7 days from receipt (see return policy). Our terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights.

Refund Policy:

We want you to be happy with your purchase. Please check the goods on delivery and ensure that they are supplied correctly. If any of the goods prove to be unsuitable please return them within 7 days in the original packaging and in an unused condition for a full refund, less any postage costs.
